STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install libkpim5libkleo-data via Discover, Muon or Konsole
2. Will not install 

OBSERVED RESULT
sudo apt install libkpim5libkleo-data

it's not a bug against kleopatra but it needs to be report to Kubuntu I think.

@Laurent I like this bug here in a way because it shows how unilateral decisions like just renaming all our libs for no unavoidable reason causes headaches and tons of work for other people. For example I could not properly bisect my windows builds anymore without extra work and so on and of course we had to adjust our scripts and packaging like everyone else had to do.
