current progressbar slider with added tick marks where chapters start

SUMMARY
Right it is not really possible to seek through a chapter as one doesn't easily see where it starts and where it ends.
It would be nice to have an overview of available chapters inline with the playback progress bar slider akin to the chapters feature from Youtube or AntennaPod.

This has been implemented and will be released as part of 24.05.0.
