SUMMARY
When right-clicking on the columns in Dolphin while the window is not in focus, the context menu appears in its own window instead of next to the cursor.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Log in to plasma wayland session
1. Open dolphin
2. Unfocus the window (click on a different window)
3. Right click the columns in Dolphin (the part where it shows "Name, Size, Modified", etc.)

OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu opens in its own window

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin is focused and the context menu opens next to the cursor

Can reproduce with dolphin 23.04.3-1 on Arch Linux.
