If user is in the process of dragging a layer to a new position in the layers docker and a dialog window pops up (in this case  "Could not save [file path]") the selected layer will remain attached to the mouse and will prevent you from exiting out of the dialog window. You can not drop the layer in place while the dialog window is still open. The only fix is to close the program in the task manager and lose work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. attempt to drag and drop layer
2. scheduled auto save runs into error saving document and triggers dialog window
3. layer is stuck attached to mouse and window can not be closed

I tried to reproduce the bug on Linux and it is impossible to reproduce it. Perhaps it is Windows-specific...
