SUMMARY
Under kwin_wayland I cannot click on windows in the tabbox beause clicking engages Alt window move.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure KWin to move windows by Alt (instead of the new Meta default)
2. Press Alt+Tab, keep holding Alt so the window stays open
3. Try clicking on a window

OBSERVED RESULT
I start moving around the tabbox window

EXPECTED RESULT
The clicked window get selected

Linux/KDE Plasma: Plasma 6 git master as of 2023-06-28
Qt Version: 6.5.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I set window move to Alt instead of Meta, using the new default grid tabbox switcher.
