SUMMARY

My 2nd monitor, an ASUS MX is continuously flickering making is hard to read. I have tried changing settings. The following steps did not work.
1. Changing it to my primary monitor.
2. Changing compositor settings
3. Changing refresh rate
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On system bootup, the splash screen is shimmering. 
2. Opening other windows , all windows show shimmering


OBSERVED RESULT
Shimmering and text gkosting

EXPECTED RESULT
Clear crisp text

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.24.7
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This behaviour is random. Yesterday, the 2nd monitor was fine. Today, after many reboots, the problem persists.

This issue has been visible since I first installed Kubuntu 22.04.

Can you reproduce the issue in Plasma 5.27?
