SUMMARY
when Persian/Arabic charectar "" come with "", it makes "" and break width of it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. write "سلام" in konsole

سلا م

update:
when Persian/Arabic charectar "ل" come with "ا", it makes "لا" and break width of it.

Can reproduce problem in konsole v23.04.3.

Here's a screenshot comparison between three terminals: gnome-terminal, xfce4-terminal and konsole in that order:
