SUMMARY
When changing the shortcut for creating a new annotation (from "F6" by default), the message in the "Annoations" tab in the left panel is not updated

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in Okular
2. Select "Annotations" tab in left panel
3. Change shortcut to create a new annotation ("Settings" > "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts..." > "Okular -> Annotation") to, for this example, "F4"
4. (Optional) Quit and re-open Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
The message still shows "No annotation - To create new annotations press *F6* or select Tools -> Annotations from the menu."

EXPECTED RESULT
The message should be "No annotation - To create new annotations press *F4* or select Tools -> Annotations from the menu."
