Description luai.malek 2023-07-02 20:46:36 UTC
SUMMARY
Using the `digimend-dkms-drivers` (v. 10-1) in conjunction with the `wacomtablet-kcm` (v. 3.2.0-5) settings integration I can successfully map the drawing area and pen buttons of my drawing tablet. However when trying to map the express keys (which are seemingly being detected) nothing happens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install `digimend-dkms-drivers` from AUR, the `wacomtablet-kcm` integration for access to the GUI within system settings and connect a "Huion H950P" tablet.
2. Use the appropriate settings window to map your express keys.
3. Press the express keys.

OBSERVED RESULT
The express keys do not behave as requested.

EXPECTED RESULT
The express keys should produce the mapped key events.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: --
macOS: --
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux (6.1.31-2, 64-bit)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know that the express keys were working as they should about half a year ago, however coming back to using the tablet after several months of hiatus, seemingly nothing works (mind that I'm on a rolling release system, so a driver or kernel update may be the culprit here).
