STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate an applet - plasma-pa, for example - and hover over any of its buttons
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip with unreadable text appears. Please see the attached screenshot.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Can also reproduce with buttons of Plasma notifications and buttons of widgets on desktop in edit mode.
