How handles work in Inkscape

SUMMARY

The resizing of borders must have central anchors/handles to resize just verticaly/horizontaly in both sides from center (holding SHIFT) or just one side. To keep aspect ratio hold CTRL. To resize in both sides and keep aspect ratio hold SHIFT+CTRL.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The absence of this ability feels really really tough and must be inside kdenlive (can't be substituted by any other program, since composition of clips are one of kdenlive main functions).
