Attachment shows open Dolphin window and Dolphin icon in task manager

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin icon (which is a folder) in the task manager is always light blue, which breaks visual consistency with folder icons in actual Dolphin. See attached image.

EXPECTED RESULT
Folder icon for Dolphin in Task Manager should follow system accent color setting.
