Playhead at the opening

SUMMARY

On opening project file ,15 sec project's playhead are too far forward (~2,5 minutes forward)
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Create small 15 sec project and save
2.  Close and open project

OBSERVED RESULT
Playhead are too much ahead

EXPECTED RESULT
Playhead are at the start or at the end of project (0 seconds, 15 seconds or at a remembered state between those 2)

Windows: 10
KDE Frameworks Version 5.107.0
QT Version 5.15.9 (built against 5.15.9)
