STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. turn on laptop with usb-c external monitor connected login screen freeze after password
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
login screen freezes always if i reboot laptop with external screen connected, black screen and freeze need to forze restart and unhook usb-c conenctions

You have to enter the password on the other screen too.
