SUMMARY

When moving mouse between notification icons the tooltip will warp and scale smaller text when moving between tooltips with more text to those with less text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Move mouse over notification icons in quick succession

OBSERVED RESULT

Text scaling seems to stretch the text to fill the notification area when there is less text to display when moving from a larger tooltip.

EXPECTED RESULT

Text not to scale to a larger size, possibly not show the text until the animation for resizing the tooltip is finished or possibly decrease the time it takes to resize the tooltip window display area between separate item mouse overs.
