ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Thank you for the bug report! However, it lacks some pretty important information, and the instructions how to get that were in front of you the whole time. You even left this link from the template: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

Please don't ignore that, and post SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS information in a comment below. This is rather important.

Thank you for the correction. Here's the information that I forget to include:

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: (can't see this on the About System)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

On the "About this System" page, there is a "Copy to Clipboard" button in the footer which we put there specially for bug reporters. Use it, it will copy all the relevant data, including distro name which might also be very important (since certain distros are known to apply different patches)

Looking at your recording… are those maximized windows? What is that blue outline around?

Thank you for the guide. I didn't notice the 'Copy to Clipboard' button. Here it is:

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10
Kernel Version: 6.4.1-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 570 Series

Those are maximized windows and I used the Active Accent Frame Window Decoration.

Is this the one? Latest version v9.0?
https://store.kde.org/p/1678088

And how did you get that padding around maximized windows? I'd imagine we have some settings for that, but can't instantly recall

Yes, this is the one I use.

I install Krohnkite in Window Management > Kwin Scripts.
You can adjust the padding there.

I guess the relevant info was provided. Now we need someone to reproduce and confirm it (maybe me?).
