Description JackWhite 2023-06-20 04:27:32 UTC
SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Use manually specified proxy configuration" from System Settings -> Network -> Settings -> Proxy
2. Fill in a URL and Port number
3. Open Falkon, Audiotube, Neochat or Tokodon and try to browse using the proxy.

OBSERVED RESULT
Application does not respect the settings set from System Settings. In Falkon, setting Proxy from it's own settings works, but on Kirigami Apps, Most doesn't allow configuring proxy or the settings for doing it is only available after you log-in, which requires a network connection in the first place.

EXPECTED RESULT
Applications use proxy settings form System Settings by default or when their respetive settings are set to follow the system configuration.

I'm afraid this is a separate issue in each specific app. You'll need to report individual bugs for each of them.
