STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Visiting "Create new webmail account"
2. Visit a steamcommunity with an animated frame
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Once you enter Vivaldi webmail's "create account" page, you can see very odd graphical errors.

If you visit an users Steamcommunity profile page, and the user has animated Frame around the avatar, it keeps flickering/rendering out and in

EXPECTED RESULT
That Falkon renders webpages properly
