SUMMARY

After the latest Google Pixel Android June Update, I can no longer control the media playing on my android from my PC. It shows that something is playing, but shows "Unknown Artist" and "Unknown Title".

Note that I can easily connect media playing from my PC from the android.

I've tried reinstalling both on the android and the PC.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on PC and Android
2. Enable the Media Control plugin
3. Try to play something on the phone and look at your PC

I'm using GSConnect. I can confirm it was working before I updated my phone

It should be fixed in 1.26.2
