SUMMARY
KDE crash handler wont let me submit a bug. Stuck on the backtrace page. Wont let me install debug symbols



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Crash kdenlive
2. click report bug
3. ... backtrace page
4. install debug symbols
5. cant install debug symbols. failed to obtain authentication

This is really 2 bugs: 

1. cant submit bug without backtrace. I dont want to install debug symbols
2. installing debug symbols fails

If your backtrace is not sufficiently useful you can't submit it unless you install debug symbols. The failure to install symbols is a bug with the installer neon uses, though admittedly it sounds more like something is off with your polkit/polkit-kde-auth-agent/packagekit installation.
