Plasma 5.27.5 Wayland is not respecting the positions of the icons on the desktop, every time I place the icons in the positions I want the plasma changes their position after restarting the PC. Sometimes it happens to save a file on the desktop and it only appears in Dolphin.

This seems related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=468546, where the cause is connecting / disconnecting displays

quanticcpu2100, are you able to reproduce the issue in Plasma 6.1? If so, I'd be very interesting to know if 6.2 fixes it. If so, it was probably the same issue as Bug 493569, which is fixed in that release.
