SUMMARY
White line flickers above application launcher when it launches or closes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application launcher, either with Super key or by clicking with mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
A white line appears above application launcher and flickers

EXPECTED RESULT
No visual glitches

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 38 KDE Spin
KDE Plasma Version:  5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Happens regardless of whether or not fractional scaling is used.
