Firefox with large pointer displayed, 250% scaling, cursor size 24

Using Plasma 5.27.5 with the Fedora 38 KDE spin, the cursor/pointer in Firefox (113.0.1) appears very large when the system scaling is set to 250% (or at any system scale greater than 200%). This is despite the cursor size being set to 24 in the system settings. See attached photo.

Can confirm with Manjaro + Plasma 5.27.5 running Wayland with cursor size set to 24, 4k screen and 225% scaling.

This does not happen only for Firefox, but for any app using GTK. Any scaling factor <= 200% works fine (even fractional scaling) but crossing 200% mark makes the cursor huge on GTK apps. (For example, 195% scaling is fine, 205% is not)
