STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach a display with a floating panel on the top
2. Reattach the display
2. Delete the panel and press "undo" from the notification which appears

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel appears in the middle of the screen instead of where it was

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should appear on the top of the screen

This hilariously silly bug has been fixed for Plasma 6 already, thankfully.
