I have a set of guides  in category 3 splitting up my videos for export.

all the export jobs are in the queue however only the bottom most gets exported. the others are waiting to start. hitting start job on them does not do anything

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  put a bunch of video clips into the editor. split them using a category in various sizes/lengths.
2.  transform one video to fit the project aspect ratio.
3. copy paste effects to the other videos
4. go to export. select multi guide export. left settings as default. video is generic mp4 h2c 60fps.
5. hit render to file
OBSERVED RESULT
Only 1 of the jobs runs. the others won't start. hitting start doesn't do anything

the result is only 1 in my export folder.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected all the splits to get exported.
