STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Clipboard as a seperate widget(not as part of the system tray)
2. Empty Clipboard
3. Copy some text
4. Open Clipboard

OBSERVED RESULT
The content is only displayed on the left half of the widgets area, the right half is completely empty.
Closing and opening clipboard again fixes this until the clipboard entries change again.

EXPECTED RESULT
The clipboard is displayed correctly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wayland session is used.

Cannot reproduce in Plasma 6, which has gained many recent fixes for popup positioning and layout. So let's assume it's already fixed there.
