The wallpaper will leak one line of pixel at the bottom

You can see that there is one bright line of pixel on the top of bottom-bar, it is the wallpaper, and not only the wallpaper, kde apps like konsole and okular will leak edge/firefox/whatever else too.

maybe the same issue as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=423390

I have never set `PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1` option in my environment, this is an 2560x1600 screen with 200% scale.

I am experiencing the same issue.
The 1 pixel line of the wallpaper will be displayed on top of full-screen apps as well and randomly appears and disappears for me.
Screen is 2256x1504 (3:2) at 150% display scaling.

If you have PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1 set, it's Bug 423390. Otherwise it's Bug 414522. Arbitrarily marking as a duplicate of Bug 414522 since we can't multi-dupe and that one is still open.

I fail to see how these are duplicates. Both bugs you mention concern vertical 1px lines at the rightmost edge of the screen, while this report concerns a horizontal 1px line between the panel and full-screen windows.
