close buttons in tabs and notifications inconsistent with titlebar close buttons

SUMMARY
***
KDE Plasma offers an option to move titlebar buttons (close, minimize, maximize) to the left edge as in Mac OS, but it seems this move does not take effect fully throughout the system. Certain elements like tabs in app windows as well as notifications still display close buttons at the right edge. They are not "titlebar buttons" but at least for ease of use one normally expects these buttons to follow the same pattern. This may also be true for the close button of notifications which are white on red circle unlike those in titlebars and tabs.

Right, the setting only affects titlebars. It doesn't affect things which are not titlebars, such as tabs.

We could conceivably make it affect fake titlebars like the ones in Notification pop-ups, though.
