SUMMARY

I use two monitors on a desktop PC. I am only using a window manager (awesome) on a barebones Arch that I mostly did from scratch. I have noticed some unwanted behavior in the Dolphin file manager when using dual monitors. When I launch Dolphin on my primary screen with tooltips enabled and go to turn my monitors off, I have noticed that the tooltip window is spawning on my secondary monitor! I am not sure if this is a hardware problem or if it has something to do with my window manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin on your primary (for me it would be my left) screen
2. Turn the primary monitor (or both) off then turn the screen back on

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip window spawns on the secondary monitor after turning both monitors back on via the power button.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip window should stay in its proper place and not spawn onto the other monitor.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Would anyone confirm this or at least let me know what might be causing this behavior? I installed Arch about two weeks ago, so the system is still new.
