STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Firefox 113.0.1 (64-bit)
2. Use the Global Menu widget on a panel

OBSERVED RESULT
See that it doesn't work

EXPECTED RESULT
That the Firefox menu shows

Fedora version: Fedora 37
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.3.5-100

Firefox doesn't native support the global menu. Ubuntu patches this support in, but Fedora does not.

Can you send the patch? Or a method/repository where Firefox is patched?

KDE doesn't maintain the patch and I don't know anything about Ubuntu packaging, so no, sorry. You'll need to do some spelunking to find it.
