[Wayland] Scale shows empty screen with white dot in the center

When I click on Scale, I see nothing but white dot in the center of the screen. See attached image for more info.

On Plasma 6.0.4, when I connect to Windows machine via VNC, then I click on Scale I get blue empty screen, see attached image.
