STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kde wallet manager
2. check any credentials, click on the button to show the data
3. view your passwords without being asked for a main password

OBSERVED RESULT
when opening the kde wallet manager, no main password is required

EXPECTED RESULT
it should be mandatory to enter a main password when opening it just like in the firefox password manager

I forgot to say that of course the main password was set up
