SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Bigscreen
2. Connect game controller
3. Open an application with controller support (eg. Steam Big Picture)

OBSERVED RESULT
plasma-remotecontrollers takes effect on non-plasma applications

EXPECTED RESULT
plasma-remotecontrollers only affects the "desktop" and settings apps.
