Description Ilpo Kantonen 2023-06-02 17:55:09 UTC
SUMMARY
When I split konsole view to 2x1 window from toolbar splitted view, it opens windowses to user home directory. Not that directory where you have been. So, if the directory path is complex it's maybe is hard to go to that directory. So I want that konsole splits all windowses to current directory.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start konsole
2. Split viev to 2x1 on toolbar
3. Do pwd in each splitted window

OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole split view to 2x1 windowses opens them to user home directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
I want konsole open 2x1 windowses to current directory.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 23.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have profiles on konsole. Used profile is Profile 1. There are checked Start on current directory. But that doen't affect nothing. Maybe this is similair to bug 411332 (there are no profiles used).
