Sorry for taking so long to get to your bug report. Is this still happening? If so, can you try putting KWIN_DRM_PREFER_COLOR_DEPTH=24 into /etc/environment and see if it's still happening after a reboot?
Created attachment 161761 [details] attachment-1232516-0.html Hi Nate, Thank you for the reply. I believe it is a monitor issue. The problem only occurs when one specific monitor is not used for the desktop but is still connected to the computer. I did try your suggestion and it did not resolve the issue (since it is most likely a hardware problem). Your efforts with KDE Neon are appreciated - it's a great distro! I'm afraid the file you attached still has an un-symbolicated stack trace, rather than a symbolicated backtrace. If you need help doing this, I might recommend reaching out to the Debian folks.
...That comment was meant for a different bug report, sorry.
Anyway, thanks for following up! But to note it was Xaver who helped you--not me! And I'm also not really involved in KDE Neon. Don't wanna take credit for things I didn't do! :)
