SUMMARY

As described in bug #420529 when flatpak apps are running in the background a notification appears, which gives the user the choice to allow or to deny this.

However, this notification can easily be clicked away by hitting closing the notification or by clicking on "allow".
It's not clear how to change this decision afterwards. Also, there's no overview of which apps actually run in the background.

Therefore I'd like to wishlist something similar to [1] :
