1. Have Plasma 5.27.5
2. Open a GTK app that uses CSD such as Lollypop

OBSERVED RESULT
GTK apps don't have a border

EXPECTED RESULT
The GTK theme should match the Breeze kdecoration which now has a border

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Unfortunately this is not feasible due to the inherent differences between server-side decoration apps (e.g. KDE apps) and client-side-decoration apps (e.g. GNOME apps). Anything we could do here would be a huge hack that would randomly break all the time and not work properly for many CSD apps.
