SUMMARY
I just opened a new window and plasmashell froze. It is happening sometimes, not specific.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not quite sure.

It froze

How long does it freeze for? Forever (until killed) or just for a little while, and then it recovers?

It freezes forever.

Have not encountered this, likely fixed.
