STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the menu
2. Configurations
3. Configure Ikykar

OBSERVED RESULT
The application closes itself, even when a document is already open. I can´t change any of the settings or annotation related functions besides the default ones.    

EXPECTED RESULT
The application remains open and the access to the configurations tab is granted

Windows: 10 22H2

KDE Plasma Version: 23.04.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0

Works fine here. 

Just opening the configure okular crashes? Or you do something else?

Where did you install okular from?

> This has been happening with me on multiple versions, the 2019 main downloadable in the official site, the most recent compiled with Jenkins and the Microsoft Store one. I even formatted the entire system that some point, but with no results.

Please make sure you use the Store version and that you make this crash a few times.

When the store version crashes it reports back to microsoft and we have a way to see it on the store reports, but without more information or a way to reproduce it ourselves i am not very hopeful we can fix it.
