STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. View an image in Gwenview
2. Open the “Open with” menu, it doesn’t matter whether from the main or the context menu
3. Select an item from the menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
The program from the menu item above the selected one is launched. For the first item, Gwenview is launched.
In my case, the menu contains (in that order) Krita, Showfoto, Okular, Gimp. And the items launch Gwenview, Krita, Showfoto and Okular, respectively.

The very last menu item which opens the dialog to start a different application works as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
The correct program should be started.
