SUMMARY
On my system I am not able to downscale the panel normally. It works when entering a smaller number though. It shows an Error symbol (see attachment) instead of a "-" symbol.

This happens in various sized, also bigger ones.

this is an "Adapta KDE" bug, reporting it there.
