Created attachment 159157 [details] Handles in Transform window Upgraded to 23.04.1. Sorry, did not know there was an upgrade. The handles are now there, and they can resize the window, but the whole window cannot be moved (click and drag) to reposition.

Did you click and drag the cross in the middle of the red rectangle?
Comment on attachment 159156 [details] missing handles in Transfor effect Similar to me. But dont show any box in red neither the lines red.
This is a very old report against an unsupported Kdenlive version. Resize rectangle not appearing is usually caused by the "Show/Hide edit mode" button being unchecked (on the left side of the Clip monitor's timecode). If you can reproduce the issue on the latest version of Kdenlive (25.08.3 or git master), please re-open an issue.
