Created attachment 159139 [details] screen recording STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. use Wayland session 2. install a guest OS in VirtualBox (I installed Window$ 10) 3. boot the guest OS with VirtualBox 4. click on "Devices" menu of the guest OS window, hover over "Drag and drop" and choose "Biderectional" 5. open Dolphin 6. drag a folder containing some files from the guest OS and drop it on Dolphin 7. choose "Copy" in the context menu OBSERVED RESULT a folder weirdly called "file://tmp/VirtualBoxDropped Files xxxxxxxx" is created, and the files from the dropped folder are pasted individually. I can't reproduce this bug with Nautilus file manager. Please watch the attached screen recording. EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0 Qt Version: 5.15.9 Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 2 × Intel® Celeron® CPU G1820 @ 2.70GHz ADDITIONAL INFORMATION My VirtualBox runs on Xwayland. Sometimes the guest OS is aborted when I try to drag the folder from it, or Dolphin shows "folder does not exist" inline error message after the provided steps.
