SUMMARY

Plasma 5.18 and above has hidden toggle to "lock widgets". To enable this mode, run the following command:

$ qdbus org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell evaluateScript 'lockCorona(true)'

After running this command, all options like "Add Widgets..." or "Add Panel..." will be hidden in the right-click context menu. However, Latte Dock will still have options to edit and modify the dock.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run the qdbus org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell evaluateScript 'lockCorona(true)' command from terminal.

OBSERVED RESULT
Right click on the Latte Dock shows "Add Widgets...", "Add Dock/Panel", "Edit Dock..." menu options.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Add Widgets...", "Add Dock/Panel", "Edit Dock..." menu options should be hidden.
