SUMMARY

When attempting to configure notifications per-app in Plasma Settings, NeoChat is nowhere to be seen. I can configure apps like Discover and Tokodon, or any other application, but NeoChat is not present. I wish to be able to turn off Matrix notifications only on this device. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma Settings
2. Navigate to Notifications->Per-app settings
3. Try to find NeoChat

OBSERVED RESULT

NeoChat can have notifications disabled

EXPECTED RESULT

NeoChat is not present

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

works fine here; are you using a flatak or an arch package?

I'm using the Flatpak

Configuring the notifications from plasma is something that flatpak doesn't support at the moment
