kcachegrind need to be recompiled for arm64 (apple silicon) support, to ensure best performance for large dumps on M1/M2 CPUs.

Could you please look at that?

The code should compile for arm64. I do not do binary packaging myself.
If you got your binaries from Homebrew, you need to check with them if they can enable compilation for arm64.
