STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application launcher
2. Move your cursor to search
3. Now move away your cursor from search

OBSERVED RESULT
Your cursor even though it is on search bar doesn't change itself to the Icon that shown when you move your cursor over a text. When you move your cursor away it changes itself to an Icon that is shown when you are over a text but in this case you are not on the search bar so you shouldn't be seeing that text.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor when place over the search bar should change itself to the Icon that is shown when you move your cursor over a text and should change to normal when you move your cursor away from the search bar.
