SUMMARY
Just missed the properties icon and pressed the "-" icon and I've lost one autostart item.
If you have good memory (or good backup), you could restore it, otherwise ... probably you'll miss it in the next sessions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Have some autostart items
Press the "-" icon of one of items

EXPECTED RESULT
There is a confirmation dialog to delete the item or an undo system.
