That may be due to the fact that you are using transforms masks. Please check that.

I'm willing to wager that Dief Lou cracked the case on this, so I'm closing this report. The report author is welcome to reopen it if the offset isn't caused by transform masks, in which case it would be useful if they could provide the .kra file as an attachment.
