SUMMARY

I have a series of certain PDFs, which however I may only share privately for debugging purposes to the corresponding maintainer

```
Creator:         Acrobat PDFMaker 17 for PowerPoint
Producer:        Adobe PDF Library 17.11.238
Custom Metadata: no
Metadata Stream: yes
Tagged:          yes
UserProperties:  no
Suspects:        no
Form:            none
JavaScript:      no
Pages:           54
Encrypted:       no
Page size:       720 x 540 pts
Page rot:        0
File size:       3434637 bytes
Optimized:       yes
PDF version:     1.7
```

for which Okular is unfortunately unusable:

* When changing the page by either scrolling (mouse wheel, keyboard arrows, page up / down key) it takes ages
* When zooming in or out, parts of the smaller / bigger page are still displayed

It works however fine with Xournal++ 1.1.3, which also uses the poppler library.
